Sin Qua Non Research Lab began as an identification of the many shades of Green making their way into the essential color palette of world-wide urban civilian dress, primarily through dissemination of clothing and styles derived from the war machine. By collecting large swaths of green garments from second-hand stores, flea markets, garage sales, and private dealers, SQN Research Lab became a lens for viewing human nature and military propaganda through the evolution of fashion.

All Clothing has been stripped of its former connotations and labels, washed, screen-printed, and altered, now united only by color and quality.

All Accessories are made in house at Shhh Secret Shop, in small batches exclusively derived from dead-stock materials.
